A Brief History

I have always been enamored of computers. At school, I was the go-to person when people didn’t know what to do or when things went wrong. At college, even though I was not in the computer science department, I quickly became the head of the computer lab. I was thrilled to help people solve their problems (whether Mac or Windows was their style). This included remotely troubleshooting problems with web pages.

While I am not a coder, I understand code and how different elements interconnect to make software and platforms successful.

I’m passionate about data and analytics, in combination with user research. Discovering how users navigate through your product is always really cool, and I love the inevitable “oh THAT’S interesting” moment as new insights are uncovered.
